The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic movement education technique developed by Moshe Feldenkrais that uses gentle movement and directed attention to improve movement, posture, and overall well-being, focusing on increasing ease and range of motion.
At this workshop, you'll be taken through four 'Awareness Through Movement' lessons, focussing on the thoracic spine, neck, chest and shoulders.
This workshop is presented by Thomas Vudrag, member of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild Inc.
