HALL Hire Fees

The Hall is hired
on a sliding scale for community groups at the middle rate, charity groups at the lowest, increasing to commercial rates. There are other rates for varying purposes. Please inquire for further details of other hiring fees. As an indication:

Equipment available includes PA, JBL Self Powered System and accessories; lighting; High Definition projector and piano. Air conditioning is available on a user pays basis. A detailed list of equipment available can be found here.
The Hall consists of ~
Foyer: with male, female toilets and office
Main room: 160 tiered seats
Wooden floor 20 x 17 meters
Separate raised stage area-shower/toilet/storerooms
Supper Room: Kitchen, down stairs
Fridge, microwave, stainless steel benches & sink
2 x urns


Facilities include ~
Approx 230 stackable chairs
10 heavy duty long Tables
7 portable Tables

USER PAYS air conditioning units, 8 in the Main Room, 2 on Stage and 1 in the Supper Room
1 regularly tuned baby grand piano
4 carpeted portable stages
4 long wooden stage platforms with rollers ~ these are used as an alternative to the separate raised stage

Upstairs at the front of the building are rooms housing 2 offices and the old projection room with 2 Arc projectors long out of use.
